Magic Meadows Alpacas has 12 Suri Alpacas.

Alpacas are docile and rarely spit at humans. Their humming noise is relaxing and calming to the soul.

There are 2 kinds of Alpacas. Suri Alpaca which have long silky locks while Huacaya have short dense crimpy fiber

Most alpacas are shorn once a year for their fiber. Once you own an alpaca garment you will be hooked for life. Their fiber is lanolin free.

Hand spinners, knitters, crocheters, weavers, etc love the unique silky feel and how alpaca fiber handles and feels.

There are 16 official alpaca colors

A baby alpaca is called a cria and gestates for 242 – 345 days.

We have used alpaca manure to grow amazing vegetables and have not had to use insecticides.
